The PA® Absolute Protection overalls are designed to enable simple and quick dressing in aseptic clothing. Their design provides the wearer with comfort while limiting the bellows effect (expulsion of particles and bacteria via openings). All the designs of our overalls are tested in our Body Box to ensure their effectiveness. After having undergone our decontamination process and, where appropriate, a sterilisation, they can be used in clean rooms and sterile environments with ISO 4 to ISO 8 or A to D classification. |
98% polyester and 2% continuous-filament carbon thread fabric.
It filters contaminants of human origin, while still allowing ventilation and remaining comfortable.
The zip fastener in the back enables one to dress simply and easily in aseptic clothing.
It allows limitation of the bellows effect.
The version with built-in mask allows one to use goggles.
Thanks to our patented textile branches system, there is no discomfort through compression of the temples and maintenance of the goggles in position.
Rib trimmings with thumb opening limit the bellows effect.

Technical description
The manufacture of our clothing is compatible with a usage in clean rooms:
3 levels of press buttons at leg ends allow adjustment for over-boots. Model available with or without mask (fabric or mesh). |

Composition: 98% polyester and 2% continuous-filament carbon thread
- fabric's excellent ventilation capability ensures comfort for the wearer
- 98% of particles emitted by the wearer are contained
- fewer than 2,000 particles of diameters ≥ 0.3µm emitted by overalls when working (Body Box test)
- fewer than 310 particles of diameter ≥ 0.3µm emitted by overalls in Helmke drum
- no penetration of bacterial contamination through the fabric
- fabric's dissipation properties.
