ELIS has a specialised branch for clean rooms. We offer a rental/maintenance service that provides clothing and accessories for clean rooms, areas with a controlled atmosphere, and sterile environments:
The outfits available via rental/maintenance can therefore be used in clean rooms and sterile environments classified as ISO 4 to 8 or A to D.

ELIS has 12 plants equipped with clean rooms classified as ISO 5 in Europe:
- units dedicated to our Ultra Clean business
- dedicated staff who are experts in Ultra Clean work
- a research and development laboratory for qualifying fabrics and testing the design of garments with our Body Box.
Our network enables us to operate in 12 countries, and to service more than 1,200 clients in Europe.
In France, 90% of our clients are less than 80 km from their Ultra Clean service unit.

ISO 14644-5 § B6 (2004)
It is necessary to perform the final treatment and preparation of clean room clothing under clean room conditions compatible with the clean room standards in which the garments will be used.
BPF BO n°2009/9 bis LD1 § 41 to 45
41. The replacement and washing of garments must be done in accordance with a written procedure designed to minimise the contamination of clothes worn in controlled-atmosphere areas, and to minimise the introduction of contaminants in such areas.
