This range is made from combed sateen, and is available in plain white or striped white with 5-mm stripes.

Technical description

This fabric has many advantages:

  • a "satin" weave: one weft yarn overlays at least 4 warp yarns (or vice versa)
  • a deluxe weave, with very fine and numerous threads, for a sensual feel
  • mercerisation: a finishing process that enhances the appearance of the fabric and endows maximal softness
  • also available in striped version: an alternation of slender glossy and matt stripes that instills a relief on both sides of the fabric.

In addition, the cotton fibres have been selected with very particular care. These so-called "combed" long fibers give the fabric very high strength, glossiness and a delicate feel.

During bleaching, this fabric underwent a mercerising treatment that endows the fabric with the following characteristics: glossiness, suppleness, and a better affinity for industrial treatments (starching, dyeing, ironing, etc.).
