- Making available of human and technical resources by Elis to contribute to the success of your procedure
- Conducting of an audit of the linen service in your establishment in order to determine with you your quantitative and qualitative needs
- Assessment of deviations from accreditation reference systems and drawing up of recommendations
- Advice on the choice of articles and the frequency of supply to user departments
- Proposal of linen use protocols in liaison with user departments, in accordance with the volumes required
- Guarantee of regular follow-up by an Elis customer advisor, to adapt supplies to real requirements
- Regular assessment of Elis services by your user departments, using the ELIS service assessment sheet
- Participation at your request in the accreditation team work meetings organised in your establishment
- Total respect for the confidentiality of information obtained in work meetings
